　The high precision auto assembly machines are used on connector assembly lines, with CPK up to 2.2, showing Wieson product’s steadiness & uniformity.

Inside Injection & Stamping Process

　To provide customers with best controlled products. Wieson has acquired and utilized 36 sets of Injection Machines & 10 sets of Stamping Machines to provide the high quality components in producing the Wieson connectors and cable assemblies.

Flexible & Efficient Manufacturing 　　

　In addition to our in-houses automated assembly lines, we have developed a well-recognized central-satellite and sub-contract system during recent years. This vertically integrated purchasing and production system helps us to allocate key components on time delivery is guaranteed for all orders, regardless of the size.
