Chief Corporate Governance Officer

In accordance with Article 3-1 of the Corporate Governance Best Practice Principles, Wieson Technologies has established the position of Chief Corporate Governance Officer. On October 24, 2024, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Hu Yu-Wei, Vice President of the General Management Office, as the Chief Corporate Governance Officer, serving as the highest executive responsible for corporate governance matters. The Chief Corporate Governance Officer is responsible for overseeing agenda planning and meeting affairs for the Shareholders' Meeting, Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Remuneration Committee. They assist directors in performing their duties, address directors' requests, ensure regulatory compliance of the Board of Directors, facilitate communication and information exchange between the Board and the management team as well as among Board members, and conduct regular annual discussions with independent directors on corporate governance matters. The Chief Corporate Governance Officer at Wieson Technologies has over 20 years of experience in financial and shareholder services management at publicly listed companies and has completed the required professional training in accordance with regulatory requirements.
