Wieson Technologies Co., Ltd. and Huayan Robotics Co., Ltd. jointly announced the official signing of a Strategic Cooperation Agreement (MOU) today. Both parties will integrate Wieson Technologies' (WIESON) technical expertise and supply chain capabilities in connectors, flexible cables, and customized R&D/manufacturing with Huayan Robotics' competitive edge in complete robot systems, application scenarios, and market expansion. Together, they will establish a collaborative model featuring "Upstream Customized Engineering + Joint Validation + Market Synergy" to drive the commercial deployment of Embodied AI and smart manufacturing applications.

Centering on the practical application requirements of robotics, both parties will deepen cooperation in the following three areas:
- Upstream Customized Engineering: Huayan provides complete robot requirements and application environments, allowing Wieson Technologies to engage early in product development to engineer customized, highly reliable connectors, flexible cable assemblies, and interconnect solutions tailored to spatial constraints, motion dynamics, and operating conditions.
- Joint Validation: Both parties share real-world testing environments and technical resources to conduct joint validation on bending resistance, mechanical reliability, and operational durability, enhancing system integration efficiency between components and complete robots.
- Market Synergy: Huayan leverages its customer base in new energy and smart manufacturing sectors, while WIESON utilizes its global customer network and international manufacturing footprint to jointly introduce robotic systems and related interconnect solutions into broader target markets.
